Heartily welcome to the site of ALL INDIA ALLAHABAD BANK OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION, RAJASTHAN STATE.
All India Allahabad Bank Officers’ Association (AIABOA) of Rajasthan state is a state unit of AIABOA and association of officers of Allahabad Bank. The association represents more than 8300 officers of the bank comprising about 90% of officers strength including 225 officers of Rajasthan state and is sole bargaining agents for officers. The AIABOA is affiliated by ALL INDIA BANK OFFICERS CONFEDERATION (AIBOC) & ALL INDIA NATIONALISED BANK OFFICERS FEDERATION. Sole objective of the association is to organise and unite the officer employees of Allahabad Bank, to regulate their relations with their employer, to secure fair service conditions for them and to ameliorate their social, economic and civic conditions.
The state unit of the All India Allahabad Bank Officers’ Association is not only serving and looking the interest of more than 250 officers working in the state but also for the retirees and pensioners of the bank residing in the state. Our unit also taking care of the interest of number of officers outside the state. We believe in democracy and mutual respect in the bank.
The AIABOA was formed in the year 1985 and our unit came in existence in 1990.The Rajasthan unit was led by Com P.K.Mittal, Com.K.S.Ojha, Com.C.R.Raipuria, Com. R.P.Toshaniwal, Com.Rajesh Mundra, Com. P.C.Jat, Com.C.R.Sepat and R. Rehman successfully with the dynamic cooperation and guidance of Com. Sunil Mehta, Com .K.C Sharma, Com. B.P. Meena Com. Md. Salim, and many others who are either executive of the bank or since been retired from the service. We sincerely express our deep gratitude’s to our entire senior stalwarts and placed on records their contributions for continues growth of union in the state. Presently the state unit is leading by Com. O.P. Gaur and Com. Arjun Singh, President and Com. O.P.Gaur, Secretary for last 7 years successfully with the whole hearted support and dedication of very hardcore comrades of the state. The state unit has its Women’s Wing to look after the grievances of lady officers of the state. Kumari Neha Sharma is the convenor of the wing at present.
